Patract  Introduction

Patract Labs is providing solutions for the development of Parachains and DApps in the Wasm smart contract ecosystem of Polkadot. We help the community to design and develop on-chain contract modules and Runtime support, and provide DApp developers with full-stack tools and services support, covering development, testing, debugging deployment, monitoring, data provider, and front-end development stages.

In order to promote the expansion of Wasm contract technology in the Polkadot ecosystem, Patract Labs initiated Patract Open Platform (POP for short), through widely cooperation with the Polkadot projects, media, and investment institutions related to the Wasm contract, the Platform will jointly promote the construction of public infrastructure and the evolution of contract technology, and provide brand promotion and capital support, then creating a strong alliance for Wasm contract ecosystem. Key Features and Highlights

Patract Labs is a council member of Polakdot and Kusama, and has joined the Substrate Builder Program.

Patract Labs provides tool suites and services covering the entire life cycle of DApp development, including testnet, framework, sandbox, standard library, monitoring, front-end, DApp stores, and explorer.

In addition, Patract Labs provides rich running environment support for contracts in the Runtime layer, including fee swap, permission management, domain name, random number, zero-knowledge proof, etc.

Project History

A start building the tools and services from Aug 2020. The Patract Labs projects had been reviewed by the Polkadot Council and funded by the Polkadot Treasury. It provides free development toolkits and services to contract developers of the Polkadot ecosystem and will operate as a non-profit community-based organization. By now, we have finished 13 proposals for Polkadot and Kusama council, including Jupiter testnet, Ask! smart contract eDSL, Redspot scaffold, Europa sandbox, Elara API services, Megaclite ZKP support, Metis library, Himalia multi-language SDK,PatraStore Wasm DApp store,and PatraScan contract explorer.
